Bedford Park Estate
Bedford Park was the worlds first garden suburb built in the late 1800s designed and built by numerous architects including Richard Norman Shaw and Edward William Godwin.
As a conservation area the work has to be carried out to a high standard and we have had the privilege of working on over 50 houses on the Estate over the last 12 or so years. We have been carrying out full lime mortar repointing, brick cleaning, brick replacement and repair under the close supervision of Alice Poole Architects. Some of the work included tuck pointing to the coach house on Rupert Street, W4, four houses on Esmond Road and six houses on Woodstock Road.
