We have done several jobs on the Phillimore Estate most notably number 15 and 23 Phillimore Gardens W8, undertaking these large restoration projects we restored and replaced many of the original stucco features.

After carrying out a full hammer test and survey the scope of works was agreed and our team of Restorers set about carefully removing all the defective and decorative mouldings and Stucco works. We then carried out extensive restoration to cornices, decorative heads and moulded window surrounds. The decaying of the highly decorative corbel brackets led to a decision that they were beyond repair the fragments that were salvageable were taken away from site and these were skilfully remoulded in clay by our specialist Stone Carver. The moulds were made from the clay and then cast in precast stone and fixed.
